We ask that you please give us a 48 hours notice for all service cancellations + rescheduling of appointments. A courtesy reminder text + email will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of their service booked. Cancellations within 12 hours, as well as not showing up for your scheduled appointment, will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel + reschedule that appointment to which a deposit of 20% will be needed. We do understand life happens + are very sympathetic when it comes to it but from experience 24 hours just isn’t enough time to get someone else in to fill the spot. If your stylist is the one to call + or text you to cancel + reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances you will not be subjected to any fees. Cancelations must be done via phone call or text to avoid cancellation fees.
