CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible, to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service. Further, arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled time will be considered a no-show. If your stylist is the one to call and/or text you to cancel and reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances you will not be subjected to any fees. Cancelations MUST be done via phone call (978) 969-1151 or by texting your stylist directing to avoid cancellation fees.
