CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid card is required on file for all appointments. Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. After a no-show, a 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments (applied to your service).Text and email reminders will be sent as a courtesy. By booking, you agree to this policy.
